Apple Cider Pork and Vegetables
Makes a tasty dish!
Serves: 4

Cook Time: 6-8 hours


4 sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2" slices
6 ounces mixed dried fruit, package
1 onion, medium, sliced thin
1 bay leaf
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
1 1/2 pounds lean pork, boneless, 1" cubes
1/2 cup flour
2 tablespoons Crisco® Vegetable Oil
1 cup apple cider

Place first 7 ingredients in slow cooker; set aside. Dredge pork
in flour and brown in hot oil. Remove pork, reserving drippings in
skillet. Place pork in cooker. Add cider to skillet, stirring to
loosen any browned particles; pour over pork. Cover and cook on
LOW 6 to 8 hours. Remove and discard bay leaf.
