Charcoaled Kingfish or Ling
This recipe can be used with any kind of fish for that fresh outdoors taste.

6 fish steaks
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon pepper
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon soy sauce

Skin fish and cut crosswise into steaks, about 1 inch to 1-1/4 inch thick. Make basting sauce by combining butter, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, lemon juice, garlic powder and soy sauce. Broil slowly over low charcoal, brushing frequently with sauce. (Any fish may be cooked this way.)
