Bay Boil
If you are looking for a different kind of shrimp dish, then this is one unique dish.
Serves: 4-6
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 10-15 minutes


1 onion, sliced
1 tablespoon dill seed
2 bay leaves
4 to 6 peppercorns
2 bottles beer
2 to 3 pounds shrimp, in shells

In a deep pot, combine everything but shrimp; bring to a boil. Add shrimp, still in shells, on platter. Serve with melted butter seasoned with garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and Tabasco. I serve this with bush puppies and sauteed cucumbers.
