Chafing Dish Crabmeat
Ready for a different crab dish? Try this one on for size.
Serves: 4

Cook Time: 7-9 minutes


6 tablespoons butter
1 pound lump crabmeat
1/3 cup green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 1/2 teaspoons chicken base, powdered stock
1 tablespoon flour
1/4 cup dry white wine

Melt butter in chafing dish or serving skillet. Saute crab, green pepper and onions in the butter over low heat about 5 minutes. Add parsley and continue cooking 2-3 minutes. Mix chicken stock base and flour with wine. Add to crabmeat mixture and cook 1 more minute. Serve immediately.
