Chicken Livers Vin Rouge
If you like liver, then try this delicious chicken liver recipe.
Serves: 2
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 12 minutes


1 pound chicken livers
2 tablespoon butter
2 medium tomatoes
1/4 to 1/2 cup dry red wine
1 teaspoon dried rosemary, leaves, crushed
Dash salt and pepper

Rinse and dry chicken livers; cut each into 2 pieces. Brown livers quickly in butter. Peel tomatoes, cut in chunks and add to livers. Add wine, rosemary, salt and pepper. Bring mixture to boil, reduce heat and simmer about 12 minutes. Serve over rice.
