Buttered Crumb Chicken
Try this delicious dinner for 2.

Cook Time: 25 minutes


1 broiler chicken, cut in half
1/2 cup butter
4 parsley sprigs, chopped
1/4 pound fresh mushrooms
1/2 clove garlic, crushed
2 green onions, chopped
Salt and pepper
bread crumbs

Place the chicken in a large skillet with butter, parsley, mushrooms, garlic, onions, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer slowly for 25 minutes, turning often. Remove chicken from skillet and roll in bread crumbs; brown under broiler until crumbs are well-browned. Serve with seasoned butter remaining in skillet poured over rice. Makes two generous servings.
