Baked Veal Cutlets
The next time you have veal cutlet for dinner, try this recipe.
Serves: 4
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes


4 large veal, cutlets
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 cup cream
Pepper, salt and flour
1/4 cup butter
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 cup sour cream
2 green onions, with tops, chopped
1 cup Swiss cheese, or American cheese

Dip cutlets in a mixture of egg and cream; dredge lightly in mixture of salt, pepper and flour. Saute in melted butter until light brown. Arrange in baking dish. Combine soup, sour cream and onions; pour over cutlets. Top with grated cheese and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
