Baked Pork Chops
Try this baked pork chop recipe for moist pork chops.
Serves: 4
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 3 hours


4 pork chops, very thick, center cut
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup cooking oil
1/2 cup apple jelly
1 cup dry white wine

Heavily dredge pork chops in flour seasoned with salt and pepper. Brown chops on both sides in cooking oil; drain. Arrange in baking dish. Heat apple jelly; add wine. Pour over chops, cover, and bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours.
