Barbecued Hash
Spice up your left over roast and gravy with this hash recipe.
Serves: 3-4
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes


2 tablespoons onion, chopped
2 tablespoons green pepper, chopped
1 small clove garlic, crushed
bacon drippings, or oil
Leftover gravy
1 /2 cups potatoes, diced
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons ketchup
Salt and pepper

Saute onion, green pepper and garlic in small amount of bacon drippings or oil. Add leftover gravy plus water to make about 1-1/2 cups liquid. Add all other ingredients and simmer in a covered skillet for about 30 minutes, or until potatoes are done.
