Cafe Au Cacao
This is a great variation of coffee for the coffee lover.
Serves: 20-30 cups
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 0 minutes


1 gallon coffee, cold
1 gallon chocolate ice cream, softened
1/2 fifth creme de cacao
1/2 pint heavy cream, whipped

Combine coffee, ice cream and creme de cacao. Mix well. Fold in whipped cream.
