Serves: 4 to 6
Prep Time: 8 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes

1 1/2 pounds boneless sirloin steak, very thinly sliced
4 stalks celery, diagonally sliced 1/2-inch thick
2 medium onions, thinly sliced
6 green onions, and tops, cut in 2-inch pieces
1/2 pound fresh spinach, washed and drained
1/4 pound mushrooms, sliced
1 can (8-1/2 ounces) sliced bamboo shoots, drained
1 1/2 cups beef broth
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sake, (or sherry)
2 Tablespoons sugar
6 Tablespoons peanut or vegetable oil

Arrange steak and vegetables on large tray. In large measuring cup, mix together beef broth, soy sauce, sake and sugar; set aside. In Farberware® Electric wok, add 2 Tablespoons of the oil. Set heat control dial at 350°F. When light goes out, add about 1/3 of the steak and pour 1/3 of the soy sauce mixture over steak. Add 1/3 of each vegetable, keeping steak and vegetables separate. Turn ingredients gently while cooking, 3 to 4 minutes. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
