Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad
This chicken caesar salad is quick and easy to make, and always a favorite at a family dinner or a party.

1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1/4 cup lemon juice
5 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon anchovy paste, optional
1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
8 cups mixed salad greens, thoroughly washed
1 1/3 cups FRENCH'S® french fried onions

1. Place chicken, 3 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 tablespoons oil and oregano in resealable plastic food storage bag. Marinate chicken in refrigerator 15 minutes.
2. Grill or broil chicken 10 minutes or until no longer pink in center, turning halfway through cooking time. Cover; set aside.
3. To prepare dressing, combine sour cream, 3 tablespoons of oil, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, Worcestershire, anchovy paste, pepper and cheese in blender or food processor. Cover; process until smooth. Set aside.
4. To serve, arrange salad greens on 4 dinner plates. Slice chicken diagonally and arrange over lettuce. Microwave French Fried Onions in microwavable bowl on HIGH for 1 minute or until golden. Sprinkle over chicken and lettuce. Serve with dressing.
