Asian Chicken Fajitas
A tempting fajita variation.

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes


3 cups cut-up fresh vegetables, such as broccoli, bell peppers and mushrooms
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon minced, peeled fresh ginger
1 cup prepared chicken gravy
1/4 cup FRANK'S® RED HOT® Sauce
flour tortillas, heated

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large nonstick skillet until hot. Stir-fry vegetables 5 minutes until crisp-tender. Transfer to bowl.

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in same skillet over high heat until very hot. Stir-fry chicken in batches until golden brown. Add garlic and ginger. Stir-fry 1 minute.

Return vegetables to skillet. Stir in gravy and RedHot Sauce. Cook until heated through. Serve in tortillas.
