Zesty BBQ Meatloaf
An excellent meatloaf!
Serves: 6-8
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 60 minutes


2 pounds ground beef
2 cups FRENCH'S® TASTE TOPPERS French Fried Onions
1 cup barbecue sauce
2 eggs
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs, dry

Thoroughly mix beef, 1 cup Taste Toppers, 1/2 cup barbecue sauce, eggs, Worcestershire and bread crumbs in large bowl.

Shape into loaf in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until thoroughly cooked and internal temperature reaches 160 degrees; drain.

Top with remaining sauce and Taste Toppers. Bake 5 minutes until golden. Cut into slices. Serve with deli coleslaw and rolls, if desired.

For a change of pace use ketchup, tomato sauce or marinara sauce for the barbecue sauce.
