Southwest Steak
A tasty steak with a spicy flare.
Serves: 6 to 8
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes


3/4 cup Italian salad dressing
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, minced
1/3 cup FRANK'S® RED HOT® Sauce
3 Tablespoons lime juice
2 pounds boneless sirloin steak, 1 1/2 inches thick

Place salad dressing, cilantro, RedHot Sauce, lime juice and Worcestershire in blender or food processor. Cover; process until smooth. Reserve 2/3 cup.

Pour remaining sauce over steak in deep dish. Cover; marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes or up to 3 hours.

Grill or broil steak 8 minutes per side for medium-rare or to desired doneness. Let steak stand 5 minutes. Slice steak. Serve with reserved sauce.
