Perky Potato Salad
A great complement for any indoor or outdoor event.

Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes


1 1/2 pounds new red potatoes, quartered
3 cups vegetables, cut-up
1/4 cup parsley, minced
2/3 cup vinaigrette dressing
1/4 cup FRENCH'S Hearty Deli Brown Mustard

Cook potatoes in boiling water for 15 minutes or until tender; rinse with cold water and drain. Place in large bowl; add vegetables and parsley.

Whisk together dressing and mustard. Pour over vegetables; toss well to coat. Cover; chill.
