Devilish Eggs
Happy Easter! Make a great appetizer with all those leftover hardcooked eggs.
Serves: 12
Prep Time: 40 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes chill time


12 hard-cooked eggs, halved
6 Tablespoons mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons FRENCH'S® CLASSIC YELLOW® Mustard
salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste

Mash yolks thoroughly with fork in bowl. Stir in mayonnaise, mustard, and salt and pepper to taste.

Spoon or pipe into egg whites. Garnish as desired. Cover; chill in refrigerator.

Zesty Additions – Stir one of the following into yolk mixture:

2 tbsp. minced red onion and 1 tbsp. horseradish;
2 tbsp. pickle relish and 1 tbsp. minced fresh dill;
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese and 1/2 tsp. FRENCH'S Worcestershire Sauce.
