Caribbean Mahi-Mahi

1/3 cup lime juice
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Crisco® Vegetable Oil
1/4 tsp red pepper, ground
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp coriander, ground
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp dried mint

Combine the first 8 ingredients in a jar; cover and shake to mix. Place fillets in a glass baking dish; pour marinade over fish. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes to 1 hour. Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat on a greased broiler rack, turning half-way through cooking, allowing 10 minutes for each 1-inch thickness of fillets
