Chicken Almond Finger Sandwiches

2 cups chicken, chopped
3 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped
8 1/4 ounces crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup blanched almonds
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
10 slices bread, white or brown

Blend chicken, eggs, pineapple, almonds and mayonnaise together in a small mixing bowl. Chill 15 minutes. Trim crust from bread, spread mixture, cut into finger sandwiches or use mixtures as filling for lunch meat pickups.
