Maple Mint Iced Tea
A simple but refreshing summer tea.

2 cups of water
Fresh mint leaves
Tea bags
1/4 cup maple syrup

Boil 2 cups (480 ml) water, then remove from the heat. Bruise several fresh mint leaves with a spoon, then add to the water with a few of your favorite teabags and allow to steep for the proper time. Strain the steeped tea into a large pitcher. Stir in 1/4 cup (60 ml) maple syrup and chill. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint.
