Fruit Skewers with Orange Dip
Your kids will have fun making their own skewers, or you can thread the fruit for them instead. Either way, these are sure to be a big hit with the whole family.

1 1/2 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt (12 ounces)
2 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon orange juice
1 teaspoon grated orange zest
1 cup orange sections (1 to 2 oranges)
1 cup tangerine sections (2 tangerines)
1 cup grapefruit sections (3/4 grapefruit)
1 cup each red seedless grapes
1 cup green seedless grapes
1 cup hulled and halved strawberries

In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt, honey, orange juice and orange zest. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until serving.

Thread 24 small wooden skewers (about 6 inches long) with the orange, tangerine, and grapefruit sections, alternating the sections with the grapes and strawberries. Serve with the orange dip.
