Baked Penne & Ham
Penne, mozzarella, ham, tomatoes and peas...with those ingredients, you know it will be good.  When you add a cheesy, French fried onion topping, it's simply outstanding!
Serves: 4 servings (about 2 cups each)
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 35 minutes


1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Celery Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
1 1/4 cups milk
1/3 of a 1-pound package penne pasta (about 2 cups), cooked and drained
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (about 6 ounces)
2 cups French's® French Fried Onions
1 cup diced cooked ham
1/3 cup chopped tomato
1/2 cup thawed Birds Eye® peas

Heat the oven to 375ºF.  Stir the soup and milk in a 2-quart shallow baking dish.  Stir in the pasta, 1 cup cheese, 1 cup onions, ham, tomato and peas.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the pasta mixture is hot and bubbling.  Stir the pasta mixture.  Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and onions.

Bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

Easy Substitution: You may substitute drained oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes for the fresh tomato.
