Boysenberry Frosties
These frosties are like ice cream sodas, but so much tastier.  Boysenberry preserves makes all the difference!
Serves: 2 servings (about 1 3/4 cups each)

1 cup sugar free vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
1 cup nonfat milk
seedless blackberry jam or 1/2 cup Smucker's® sugar free boysenberry preserves
1 cup sugar free lemon-lime soda
fresh mint leaves

Place the ice cream, milk, preserves and soda into a blender.  Cover and blend until the mixture is smooth.  Divide the mixture between 2 glasses and top with the mint leaves, if desired.
