This 20-minute skillet dish is a flavorful version of Sloppy Joes. These delicious sandwiches make a great weeknight dinner, especially when time is of the essence.
Serves: 4 servings
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes


1 pound Ground Beef
1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1 can (11 1/2 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Bean with Bacon Soup
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
6 Pepperidge Farm® Sandwich Buns with Sesame Seeds, split
6 slices American cheese (about 6 ounces)

Cook the beef and onion in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until the beef is well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat.
Stir the soup, barbecue sauce, ketchup and black pepper in the skillet and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling.  Divide the beef mixture among the rolls. Top with the cheese, if desired.
Serving Suggestion: For crunch, top the sandwiches with potato or corn chips.
