Baked Turkey Legs and Gravy
Why make the whole bird, when everyone really enjoys the drumsticks?  This recipe couldn't be easier...or tastier!
Serves: 8 servings
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 2 hours


1 onion, cut in half and sliced (about 1 cup)
4 turkey drumsticks (about 4 pounds)
2 teaspoons seasoning salt
2 teaspoons meat tenderizer
2 tablespoons dried poultry seasoning
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)

Place the onion into a 3-quart shallow baking dish.  Top with the turkey.  Season the turkey with the seasoning salt, meat tenderizer and poultry seasoning.  Spoon the soup over the turkey.  Cover the baking dish.

Bake at 400°F. for 1 1/2 hours or until the turkey is fork-tender. 

Serving Suggestion:  Serve the turkey and gravy with mashed potatoes or rice and sliced apples or carrot and celery sticks on the side.
