Beef Roast in Slow Cooker
If you like fork-tender beef and flavorful veggies in a savory sauce, get out the slow-cooker. This recipe can't be's easy and it's delicious.
Serves: 6 servings
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 600 minutes


6 small red potato
3 medium carrots, cut into 1-inch pieces (about 1 1/2 cups)
1 onion, cut in quarters
1 boneless beef chuck roast (about 2 1/2 pounds)
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Golden Mushroom Soup
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Celery Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
1/2 soup can water

Place the potatoes, carrots and onion into a 3 1/2-quart slow cooker.  Top with the beef.  Stir the soups and water in a medium bowl.  Pour the soup mixture over the beef.
Cover and cook on LOW for 10 to 11 hours or until the beef is fork-tender.

Time-Saving: This recipe may also be cooked on HIGH for 5 to 6 hours.
