Cheddar Ham & Potatoes Verde
Perfect for a savory supper or brunch dish, this cheesy ham and hash brown potato casserole gets a boost of kicked-up flavor from jarred salsa verde...give it a's delish!
Serves: 6 servings (about 1 1/2 cups each)

Cook Time: 45 minutes


Vegetable cooking spray
7 cups frozen country style hash-brown potatoes (shredded potatoes)
1 small onion, finely chopped (about 1/4 cup)
1 fully cooked ham steak (about 8 ounces), diced
1 jar (16 ounces) Pace® Salsa Verde
1 1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar cheese (about 6 ounces)
Chopped fresh cilantro leaves

Spray a 3-quart shallow baking dish with cooking spray. Place 4 cups potatoes, onion, ham, salsa verde and cheese in the prepared dish. Top with the remaining potatoes. Spray with cooking spray.
Bake at 400°F. for 45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with cilantro.
