Chicken Salad
5 on-hand ingredients plus 5 minutes equals a perfectly seasoned chicken salad with the crunch of celery and onion.

1 can (4.5 ounces) Swanson® Premium White Chunk Chicken Breast in Water, drained
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
Dash ground black pepper




Stir all ingredients in a small bowl.
Alternate Preparation: For chicken salad sandwiches, serve the chicken mixture on Pepperidge Farm® bread with lettuce and tomato.
Flavor Variation: Add a twist by stirring chopped apple, chopped nuts, Dijon mustard or curry powder into the chicken mixture.
