Beans & Rice
Canned pork and beans are transformed into a comforting and tasty side dish by simply combining them with instant rice, picante sauce, and Cheddar cheese.
Serves: 7 servings (about 1/2 cup each)

Vegetable cooking spray
1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1 can (15.75 ounces) Campbell's® Pork and Beans
1 cup instant white rice, prepared according to package directions without salt (about 2 cups)
1/2 cup Pace® Picante Sauce
1/4 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese

Spray a 3-quart saucepan with the cooking spray and heat over medium heat for 1 minute.  Add the onion and cook until tender, stirring occasionally.
Stir the beans, rice, picante sauce and cheese in the saucepan and cook until the mixture is hot, stirring often.
