Chicken Fiesta
We know how busy you are...but we're here to help you out with this tasty 30 minute recipe that features sautéed chicken in a kicked up tomato-picante sauce. 
Serves: 4 servings
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes


4 skinless, boneless chicken breast half (about 1 pound)
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon Butter
1 cup Campbell's® Tomato Juice
1/4 cup Pace® Picante Sauce
4 cups hot cooked rice

Coat the chicken with the flour.
Heat the butter in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat.  Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes or until well browned on both sides.

Stir the tomato juice and picante sauce in the skillet and heat to a boil.  Reduce the heat to low.  Cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.  Serve the chicken and sauce with the rice.
