Beefy Vegetable Pot Pie
Canned beef gravy and refrigerated biscuits make this pot pie as easy as it is good! Give it a'll be glad you did.
Serves: 5 servings (about 1 cup each)
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes


2 cans (10 1/4 ounces each) Campbell's® Beef Gravy
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed
3 cups cooked cut-up carrots, celery and potato
2 1/2 cups cubed cooked beef
1 package (7 1/2 ounces) refrigerated Biscuit

Stir the gravy, thyme, vegetables and beef in a 2-quart shallow baking dish.
Bake at 400°F. for 15 minutes or until the beef mixture is hot and bubbling.  Stir the beef mixture.  Top with the biscuits.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
