Beefy Potato Topper
Are you looking for a quick and satisfying dinner idea?  Try these hot baked potatoes, topped with beef, veggies and a flavorful gravy...they're delicious! 
Serves: 5 servings

Cook Time: 5 minutes


2 cans (10 1/4 ounces each) Campbell's® Beef Gravy
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
2 cups cooked cut-up carrots
2 cups cubed cooked beef
5 hot baked potato, split

Heat the gravy, mustard, carrots and beef in a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat until the mixture is hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally.
Spoon the beef mixture over the potatoes.
