Baked Pork Chops with Apple Raisin Stuffing
In less than an hour, you can serve these yummy pork chops, baked on a bed of stuffing that's been flavored with applesauce, raisins and celery.

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 35 minutes


1 cup applesauce
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 stalk celery, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
2 tablespoons raisins
4 cups Pepperidge Farm® Herb Seasoned Stuffing
4 boneless pork chop, 3/4-inch thick (about 1 pound)
  ground cinnamon or Paprika
apple slices

Stir the applesauce, water, butter, celery and raisins in a medium bowl.  Add the stuffing and mix lightly.  Spoon the stuffing mixture into a 2-quart shallow baking dish.  Top with the pork.  Sprinkle with the paprika.
Bake at 400°F. for 35 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.  Top with the apple slices.
