Chicken Pizza Muffins
Don't you just love English muffin pizza?  We've made a good thing even better by adding canned chicken to the recipe.  Give them a try...they're on the table in less than 15 minutes!
Serves: 4 servings
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 3 minutes


4 English muffin, split and toasted
1/2 cup Prego® Chunky Garden Combination Italian Sauce
2 cans (4.5 ounces each) Swanson® Premium White Chunk Chicken Breast in Water, drained
1/4 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
crushed red pepper or dried oregano leaves

Place the muffins on a rack in a broiler pan. Spread about 1 tablespoon sauce on each muffin half. Divide the chicken and cheese among the muffin halves. Sprinkle with the crushed red pepper.
Broil 4 inches from the heat for 3 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
