Deluxe Nachos
This outstanding nacho recipe sports black beans, chopped tomato, green onion and ripe olives topped off with a spicy cheese sauce - better make plenty...they'll disappear fast!
Serves: 6 servings

Cook Time: 5 minutes


1 bag (about 10 ounces) tortilla chips, crumbled
1 can (about 15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
1 jar (16 ounces) Pace® Mexican Four Cheese Salsa con Queso
1 medium tomato, chopped (about 1 cup)
1/4 cup sliced pitted ripe olive
2 medium green onion, sliced (about 1/4 cup)

Arrange the tortilla chips on a serving platter. Top with the beans.
Heat the salsa con queso according to the package directions. Spoon the salsa con queso over the beans and tortilla chips. Top with the tomato, olives and green onions.
Recipe Note: To warm the tortilla chips in the microwave, place half the tortilla chips onto a microwavable plate. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute. Repeat with the remaining chips.
