Cheesy Beef Tacos
Simple but satisfying, these tacos are laced with a spicy cheese sauce that really delivers great flavor.

1 pound ground beef
1 cup Pace® Mexican Four Cheese Salsa con Queso
12 taco shell, warmed
1 1/2 cups shredded lettuce
1 medium tomato, chopped (about 1 cup)

Cook the beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until it's well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat.
Stir the salsa con queso in the skillet and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling. Divide the meat mixture among the taco shells. Top with the lettuce and tomato.
