Asparagus & Ham Potato Topper
Asparagus, ham and cheese are a classic combination...here that combo tops hot baked potatoes to make a quick-cooking, comforting dish.

4 hot baked potato, split
|
1 cup diced cooked ham
|
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Asparagus Soup
|
shredded Cheddar cheese or Swiss cheese (optional)

Place the potatoes onto a microwavable plate. Divide the ham among the potatoes. Spoon the soup over the ham. Sprinkle with the cheese, if desired. Microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes or until the soup is hot and the cheese is melted. Ingredient Note: To bake the potatoes, pierce the potatoes with a fork. Microwave on HIGH for 10 minutes or bake at 400°F. for 1 hour or until fork-tender. Flavor Variation: You can use 9 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled, instead of the ham in this recipe.
