Beefy Beans & Rice
Canned pork and beans makes it easy to prepare this hearty dish that's ready in just 25 minutes.  It's the perfect weeknight dish!
Serves: 4 servings (about 1 2/3 cups per serving)
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes


1/2 pound lean ground beef
1 can (15.75 ounces) Campbell's® Pork and Beans
3 tablespoons ketchup
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 cups instant white rice, prepared according to package directions without salt

Cook the beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until well browned, stirring often to separate meat.  Pour off any fat.

Stir the beans, ketchup, Worcestershire and black pepper in the skillet.  Reduce the heat to medium.  Cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally.  Serve the beef mixture over the rice.
