Chicken Breasts with Honey Mustard Gravy
Who said weeknight dinners have to be boring?  This skillet chicken and rice dish gets a burst of flavor from sweet honey and bold mustard.  Best of all, it's on the table in just 30 minutes!
Serves: 4 servings
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes


1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast half
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell's® Chicken Gravy
Dijon-style mustard or 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
2 teaspoons honey
1 cup regular long-grain white rice, prepared according to package directions (about 3 cups)

Coat the chicken with the flour.

Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat.  Add the chicken and cook for 15 minutes or until well browned on both sides and cooked through.  Remove the chicken from the skillet and keep warm.

Stir the gravy, mustard and honey in the skillet and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling.  Serve the gravy with the chicken and rice.
