Chicken Pasta Salad Italiano
Tender pasta, crisp and flavorful veggies, chicken and a flavorful dressing...this pasta salad has it all.  And it uses convenient products like canned chicken and prepared salad dressing so it's ready in just 20 minutes.
Serves: 4 servings (about 1 1/2 cups each)

3 cups corkscrew-shaped pasta (rotini), cooked and drained
2 cans (4.5 ounces each) Swanson® Premium White Chunk Chicken Breast in Water, drained
1 small cucumber, cut in half lengthwise and sliced
1 medium tomato, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
3/4 cup fat free Italian salad dressing or reduced fat creamy Italian salad dressing

Place the pasta, chicken, cucumber, tomato and peas in a large bowl.  Add the dressing and toss to coat.  Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Recipe Note: This simple salad lends itself to's a great way to use the leftover veggies in your fridge.
