Island Turkey Sandwich
A tasty sample of the islands!

1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon lime juice
1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup green onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup green pepper, finely chopped
1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
1 loaf (1 pound) bread, Hawaii style, cut in half
4 leaves green leaf lettuce
3/4 pound turkey ham, shaved

Island Spread: In small bowl combine mayonnaise, mustard and lime juice; set aside.

Sandwich: In medium bowl combine pineapple, onions and peppers. Gently fold in oranges.

Spread Island Spread (mayo, mustard and lime juice) on each half of bread. Arrange lettuce on bottom half of bread, top with turkey ham and pineapple mixture. Place other bread half on top.

To serve, slice into 6 wedges.
