Asian Chicken Salad Sandwiches
Because this tasty chicken salad recipe uses cooked chicken, packaged broccoli slaw mix and bottled salad dressing, it only takes 10 minutes to make.

1 cup diced cooked chicken
1 cup packaged broccoli slaw mix
1/4 cup shredded carrot
3 tablespoons low fat ginger or sesame ginger vinaigrette salad dressing
4 slices Pepperidge Farm® Whole Grain Soft Honey Oat Bread, toasted

Place the chicken, slaw mix and carrots into a medium bowl.  Add the dressing and toss to coat.
Divide the chicken mixture evenly between 2 bread slices. Top with the remaining bread slices.
Easy Substitution: Substitute 1 cup packaged cole slaw mix for the broccoli slaw.
