Grecian Turkey
A great idea for Mother's or Father's Day.
Serves: 4
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 3 to 5 minutes


3 tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
2 cups skim milk
1 1/4 pounds turkey, cooked, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
8 ounces spinach, fettucini (served according to package)
4 ounces black olives, sliced
3 tablespoons feta cheese
5 cups chicken stock
1 cup wheat noodles, uncooked

In large saucepan, over medium-high heat, combine flour, lemon-pepper and dill; whisk in milk. Bring mixture to boil, reduce heat to low and cook until mixture thickens, stirring constantly. Increase heat to medium-high, stir in turkey and cook 3 to 5 minutes or until mixture is heated throughout.

To serve, spoon turkey over fettucini and garnish with olives and cheese.
