Cheddar & Garlic Biscuits
Chicken broth, garlic and shredded Cheddar cheese add great flavor to these tender and flaky biscuits.

buttermilk biscuit mix or 5 cups all-purpose baking mix
1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese (about 4 ounces)
1 3/4 cups Swanson® Chicken Broth (Regular, Natural Goodness® or Certified Organic)
2 cloves garlic, minced




Heat the oven to 450°F.
Stir the baking mix, cheese, broth and garlic in a medium bowl with a fork.  Drop 12 spoonfuls dough onto a baking sheet.  Repeat with the remaining dough and another baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
Make-Ahead: Baked biscuits can be frozen. To reheat, heat the oven to 375°F.  Wrap the biscuits loosely in aluminum foil.  Bake for 10 minutes or until hot.
