Apricot Foster Sundae
A new sundae flavor to spice up your dessert!
Serves: 4
Prep Time: 2 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes


1 can (15 1/4 oz.) apricot halves, undrained
1/3 cup packed brown sugar, firmly packed
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 pint vanilla ice cream

Drain fruit, reserving syrup in small saucepan. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 4 minutes.

Stir in brown sugar and butter, cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add apricots; heat through.

Spoon over scoops of ice cream.
