Cool Chicken & Chips
Share the fun with this party-perfect dish! Scoop up sassy picante-laced chicken, olives, onion, cheese and shredded lettuce with big toasted corn chips.

1 cup Pace® Picante Sauce
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 package (about 13 ounces) tortilla chips
4 cups shredded lettuce
1/4 cup sliced pitted ripe olive
2 green onion, sliced (1/4 cup)
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese

Stir 1/2 cup picante sauce, sour cream and chicken in a medium bowl.
Arrange the chips on a platter. Top with the chicken mixture, lettuce, olives, onions and cheese. Drizzle with the remaining the picante sauce.
