Almond Fruit Salad
A cool refreshing salad for the summer months.

2 cups cooked rice, cooled to room temperature
1 orange, peeled, quartered, and sliced
1/2 cup seedless red or green grapes, halved
1 kiwi fruit, pared, quartered, and sliced
1/3 cup slivered almonds, toasted
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons Crisco® Vegetable Oil
1/4 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced

Combine rice, orange, grapes, kiwi fruit, and almonds in large bowl. Blend orange juice, soy sauce, oil and ginger in small bowl; pour over rice mixture. Toss lightly.
