Ginger-Soy Marinade
Spicy and with Asian influence, this marinade goes well with beef or chicken.
Serves: makes 1 1/4 cups

1/4 cup sesame oil, toasted
1/4 cup light soy sauce
1/4 cup Marsala wine
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon ginger, minced

In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients and set aside until ready to use.
