Apricot Frappe
A quick filling shake!
Serves: 4
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes


3 cups apricot nectar
1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
2 ripe bananas
10-12 (about 2 cups) ice cubes

In blender, combine apricot nectar, yogurt, bananas, and 1/2 the ice cubes.
Whirl mixture 30 seconds.
Add remaining ice cubes; continue processing until smooth and frothy.
