Banana Smoothie
You will go bananas for this smoothie!

1 banana, ripe, peeled, sliced and frozen
1 banana, peeled and sliced
1 cup lowfat milk
handful raspberries, ripe
2 tablespoons frozen yogurt, fruit flavored

Puree together all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into a large wine glass, tankard or other beautiful glass.
(you can substitute strawberries, peaches or other fresh fruit)
